As Cashier, you are responsible for customer satisfaction. This includes ringing up customer purchases and ensuring every customer has a great shopping experience. You will have to be quick and efficient in communicating with crew members and kitchen staff to make sure the guests get their orders on time. Responsibilities:

  • The position requires a flexible work schedule and must be able to work nights, weekends holidays as well as extended hours as needed.

BBQ COOK

  • The Meat Block & Pantry is responsible for the daily preparation and serving of all food items. This position assists in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, putting away deliveries, training and completing inventory.

  • The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year experience and is responsible to: 1) Set up station according to restaurant guidelines 2) Practice, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures according to policy and health/sanitation regulations  

  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant

  • Manage and maintain a safe working condition

  • Manage inventory systems and report waste/spillage in order to maintain proper food costs

  • Oversee the service line's preparation. Assist and/or be responsible for handling inventory for the store

  • Communicate with peers and fellow management

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of service industry / hospitality experience is required.

  • Awareness and involvement during high volume shifts.

  • Diligent work ethic during slower hours. Ability to motivate and keep an upbeat, fun work environment. Lead by example.
