HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

1. Click here for our online store.

2. Select a day & time for pick-up. (HOLIDAY PRE-ORDERS CAN ONLY BE PLACED FOR PICK-UP ON 12/24). Orders from our regular menu can be picked up any day that you schedule for. You will receive a text message once your order is ready to the phone number you input at check out.

3. Choose whether you would like to order from our default menu, special of the day menu, bulk menu or Holiday Pre-Order Menu by using the drop down option.

4. Once you are viewing the desired menu you may now choose items you'd like to order. Please make sure to choose all required options to complete an item order.
 
5a. Once your order is completed select checkout and you will be able to review and edit the order in advance of payment.  Proceed with payment and we will see you soon at our walk-up window!

5b. DON'T FORGET to apply your promo code at checkout as orders cannot be adjusted later (all sales are final).

Reheating Instructions

If eating the same day: When you get your barbecue to your destination, put your meat into a tray that has a lid and put it into your oven at 140-150°f until you plan to eat it.

If you have refrigerated your barbecue: Place your meat into a tray with a lid and set your oven at 225°f until the meat reaches internal Target Temperature. 

​

Target Internal Temperatures: 

Whole Prime Rib: 135°F-medium rare, 145°F-medium, 150°F-medium well. 

Whole Brisket: 150°F (approx. 1-2 hrs)

Whole Whiskey Honey Pit Ham: 145°F (approx. 45 min -2 hr)

Whole Turkey Breast/Cajun Turkey Breast: 155°F (approx. 45 min - 2hrs)

Whole Chicken: 155°F (approx. 45 min - 1 hr)

Whole Rack of Dino Ribs: 150°F (approx. 45 min - 1.5 hr)

Special Instructions: Whole Rack of Pork Ribs: Remove rack from pan and place rib glaze in bottom of pan, then place rack of ribs face down in glaze, bake at 375°F uncovered for 12-15 mins or until warm.
 

**Don’t rush this, Barbeque smokes at a low temperature, so setting the temperature higher or letting the food cook too long will ruin it.**
